Once we agree on your retainer package, I'll get to know your brand and we'll establish how we work together. Then it's simple, send work over as you need it, and I'll handle it with priority access and quick turnaround.

None. We'll start with one month so you can see how it works and make sure we're a good fit. No pressure, no lock in. Most of my retainer clients stick around because the support becomes invaluable, but I want you to feel comfortable with the relationship first. After the first month, we can continue month-to-month or commit to a longer term if it makes sense for your business.

Absolutely. I work 1:1 with you throughout every project, and I'm just as comfortable being your sole designer as I am fitting in seamlessly with your existing team, agency or other partners. I also offer white label design services for agencies, social media agencies and marketing agencies who need extra support.

No, hours reset each month, which keeps us both moving forward and making sure you're using the support. If you're regularly not using your hours or finding you need more, we’ll adjust. Your business changes, and your retainer should flex with it. I never want you to feel like you’re not getting what you need so we can pause, scale up, or dial it back whenever it makes sense.

Absolutely. I work with clients all over the UK and internationally. Everything runs smoothly online with video calls, email, Slack, whatever works best for you. As long as we can communicate easily and you can provide the content I need and what you want me to use, location doesn't matter.
