design intensives

Stressed, busy and needed design work done like yesterday? I get it.

My design day intensives are focused, one-to-one graphic design sessions for businesses that need professional branding, marketing materials, or website design completed quickly.

With an experienced designer in your corner, you'll be surprised how much we can get through in a focused design day. It's the most efficient way to tick off your design to-dos, with priority service, a fast turnaround, and professional designs that make your brand look amazing.

Let’s do this. ↓

graphic design INTENSIVE days

One full day, dedicated to your brand. No long waits, no stress. Just smart, polished design, customised to your brand

You know that relief when something you've been putting off for months is finally done? That's what a design day gives you. All those design tasks holding up your marketing, making you hesitate before sharing your work, or sitting on your to-do list gathering guilt designed and ready in one day.

We'll work methodically through your list without the endless back-and-forth or waiting weeks for a designer to fit you in. Just intensive, undistracted work on your business so you can finally launch that thing, update those materials, or just stop feeling behind.

focused, efficient design service

Design days might be for you if…

You've got a backlog of design tasks but a full project feels like overkill. You just need someone to get them done quickly and with finesse.

You know what you need and you're ready to delegate. You want high-quality work without weeks of waiting, unreliability or endless revisions.

Design is holding up your marketing and you need it sorted quickly so you can move forward with your plans and get the visuals out in the world.

It's all about you

  • Got branding elements you love but struggling to bring them together? I'll refine your branding so it feels complete and aligns with your business goals.

  • Marketing pieces that tie your brand together or might need a refresh. Think promo materials, presentation slides, service kits, investment guides, gift guides, brochures, stationery and more.

  • Does your social media need a refresh or launch prep? I'll create templates so you always have a strong base to work from and create with. No last min posting anymore!

  • Let's make some updates. Whether you need a new page like a services, resources, or sales page, or your website feels outdated and isn't connecting with your audience, I can give it a fresh look.

  • Need designs for a course, e-book, PDF lead magnet or any other digital assets? Let's get to work on these pieces so you can start growing your subscriber list and get more eyeballs on your brand.

  • Make your packaging and unboxing experience unforgettable. I can design product labels, box designs, branded stickers, inserts, and more using the die cut templates you provide to me.

Design days are valuable because we can focus on one key project or a combination of smaller tasks, depending on what you and your business needs right now. By the end of the day, you’ll have clear, finished design work ready to use, not loose ideas or half-started files.

How do design days work?

design intensive design process

Wondering what it’s like to work together during a design day? Heres an overview of how your design intensive will run once you’re onboarded as a client.

  • Pick a date at least 5 working days ahead and book it in. You'll need to be available for quick feedback during the day, so choose a date when you can stay responsive. Payment secures your spot.

  • Once booked, you'll complete a short pre-project survey and supply all related content (text, images, existing branding, logins, you want me to include etc.). All content must be submitted at least 2 working days before your design day so I can review everything and prepare. Then we'll have a 30-minute planning call to align on priorities and create a focused plan of action.

  • I'll let you know when I've started and keep you updated throughout the day. Stay on standby via your preferred platform (email, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp) so I can easily slot into your working day. I'll need your feedback on design drafts as we go to keep everything on track. At the end of the day, I'll package up your files, create any helpful video tutorials, and send the final work over to you.

  • I never want you to feel like you’re in the dark. You get a bonus 1-hour design session to use within 7 days for any final tweaks or edits, plus one week of email support for any questions about the project.

WHEN YOU JUST WANT SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST

Are you looking for a freelance designer you can rely on?

Design days are ideal for focused, execution-led work when the brief is set and your core assets are ready (logo files, copy, brand guidelines), with time set aside for quick feedback throughout the day.

If you’re looking for a creative partner to slot into your business each week and support you with ongoing design and marketing, a design retainer may be a better fit.
