A design day isn't just eight hours of design time, the prep work we do beforehand means that by the time your day starts, we already know exactly what we're working on, what the priorities are and what success looks like. You get more out of your design day because we have a clear plan of action when the booked date rolls round.

Before the day begins you'll complete a short survey so I know exactly what we're working on, what files you have ready, and what the priority order is so no time is wasted on the day.
✓ 30 minute planning call to align on goals and review materials
We'll get on a call before your design day to go through everything from the survey and make sure we're aligned so we hit the ground running from the moment we start on our booked design day together.
✓ A full 8 hour day of dedicated design time
Eight hours of focused, uninterrupted design time working through your list. You'll need to stay available for quick feedback throughout the day so we can keep things moving and nothing gets held up waiting for approvals.
✓ Direct access throughout the day
Whether that's WhatsApp, Slack, email or Loom, you'll have direct access to me all day for fast, responsive communication so feedback rounds are quick and nothing stalls.
✓ Final files delivered in all required formats
Everything delivered at the end of the day in the formats you need, with video tutorials where helpful so you know exactly how to use and update your files going forward.
✓ One week of follow up email support
Any questions or minor tweaks in the week after your design day, I'm still around to help you and if you want to keep on top of your design tasks going forward, you can always book another day.
Investment: £675 for a full design day. Design days are limited and book up quickly. If you have a date in mind, it's worth securing your spot sooner rather than later.

Breaking down the design day process and what to expect once you’re a design day client

Choose a date at least 5 working days ahead and get it booked in, this gives us time to prep for our booked day together. You'll need to be available for quick feedback throughout the day so choose a date when you can stay responsive and payment reserves your spot.

Once booked, you'll complete a short pre-project survey and supply all related content (text, images, existing branding, logins, you want me to include etc.). All content must be submitted at least 2 working days before your design day so I can review everything and prepare. Then we'll have a 30 min planning call to align on priorities and create a focused plan of action for the day.

It’s the day of your design day yay! I'll let you know when I've started and keep you updated throughout the day. Stay on standby via your preferred platform (email, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp) so I can easily slot into your working day. I'll need your feedback on design drafts as we go to keep everything on track. At the end of the day, I'll package up your files, create any helpful video tutorials, and send the final work over to you.

What a day we've had! You'll receive your final design files plus a bonus 1 hour design session to use within 7 days if you need any final tweaks or edits. You've also got one week of email support for any questions about what we worked on. And if you want to keep on top of your design going forward, you can always book another day together and get bits done.
