The time it takes to complete your project depends on what you need and your budget. We'll start by having a chat to go over the different options, so you can choose what's right for you. Smaller projects usually take 3-4 weeks, and bigger ones take around 6-8 weeks. After our call, I’ll send you a detailed proposal with a clear timeline.

3. On your booked day, we work through everything in a focused session. You'll get updates throughout and can give feedback in real-time

Design retainers:
1. We'll discuss your ongoing needs and set up a package that works for you
2. At the start of each month, we'll prioritise your task list
3. Submit tasks as they come up throughout the month - I'll keep you updated on progress and turnaround times. I adapt to your workflow and tools, whether that's Slack, email, Asana, or however your team works best

We'll schedule a casual connection call to get to know each other. Soon after, I'll send through a custom proposal with different package options, along with the first invoice and design contract.
Once you've signed the contract and paid your first payment, we'll kick things off! Depending on your chosen package, this might include a design survey, strategy session, or prep call to make sure we're aligned before the work begins.

You can choose to pay in full, or split the total into 2, 3 or 4 installments depending on the project. You choose the payment plan that suits you at the proposal stage. Invoices are easy to pay and can be made using Stripe or bank transfer.

While I can start quickly at times, I usually plan projects 1-2 months ahead. Please reach out as early as possible to chat about your project, once I know your desired launch date, I try and work with your timeline as best as I can.

While I aim to be fully transparent, depending on the project, you might need to budget for things like font licenses, image licenses, printing costs, professional photoshoots, or subscription fees. But don’t panic, I’ll always ask for your budgets in advance and guide you through what’s needed. Some of these extras are essential to building a strong brand foundation, but we’ll make sure they suit your goals and budget.

Most of my projects are fully remote, and everything is set up for flexible, digital communication from feedback to file delivery.
