We'll start with a connection call to go through your business, your design needs and what ongoing support looks like for you. From there I'll put together a proposal with clear hours, scope and pricing tiers that you can choose from so you can see ahead of time what different levels of support you can choose based on what your brand and marketing needs.

Once you're signed up you'll complete an onboarding survey covering your brand, goals, priorities and how you like to work. We'll then have a kickoff call to go through everything and agree our fixed working days or hours per month, establish our workflows and how you’ll like me to communicate with you so you always know when I'm heads down on your business.

At the start of each month we'll align on priorities and I'll get to work. You'll have direct access throughout our working days and at the end of each month you'll receive a progress update covering what was completed and what's coming next.
